When contacting us or any of our dealers for support, please be sure to provide us with the serial number which is located on the base of your machine and as detailed a description as possible of the problems your machine is having.

Furthermore, any video footage you can supply showing the problem will greatly assist us in resolving your issue. If you can hear any unusual noises, please be sure to notify us of these and where you believe they are originating from.
