Version of ball machine
There are three possible models you may have. These are V1, V2 or V2 Bluetooth. To identify the version of your Spinfire ball machine, you can check the following:
- If the control panel of your machine is purple with blue buttons, you have a V2 or V2 Bluetooth machine. If the control panel is white with blue buttons you have a V1 machine.
- If the transport wheels located at the rear of the machine are black with white markings, you have a V2 or V2 Bluetooth machine. If they are black with a blue ring (or even without the blue ring) you have a V1 machine.
- If you have identified that you have either a V2 or a V2 Bluetooth machine, you can differentiate these by:
- A V2 Bluetooth machine has bluetooth and works with the Spinfire app. The V2 machine cannot work with the app.
- V2 Bluetooth machines first began selling in 2024.
- If you undo the 4 screws on your control panel and gently remove it, you can check to see if your machine has a USB port on it. If it does, it’s a V2 Bluetooth. If it does not, then it is a V2 machine.
- A v2 Bluetooth machine will have a software version starting with 6 or higher (eg, 6.2.7). A v2 machine, will have a software version starting with 5 (eg, 5.1.9).
